How does your sizing work?
Please see our Sizing Table for measurements per size and per garment.
We currently offer the following range of sizes:
Small (S) - Size 8
Medium (M) - Size 10
Large (L) - Size 12
Extra Large (XL) - Size 14
We fully intend to extend our sizing options further as our business grows.
What’s the best way for me to look after my Nude Day clothing?
Our care instructions can be found in our item descriptions on our website and on our care labels, usually located on the centre back seam of the item. Please follow these care instructions to ensure your Nude Day clothing is in its best condition and is long lasting.
What is your packaging made from?
Our Paper Mailing Bags are made from FSC paper and are fully compostable. Our Poly Bags are recyclable and reusable – many of our customers re-use them to help organise their clothes and when packing for holidays.
Orders, Returns & Shipping Questions
How much is shipping and returns?
We offer free UK delivery. The cost of returns is covered by the customer. Please see our Shipping Information for more details.
How do I return an item?
If you would like to return an item, please ensure you meet the terms in our Return Policy and then email us within the specified timeframe at customercare@nudeday.co.uk.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. Therefore, please ensure you check your order details, including your address, before placing an order.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. You may however return an item, subject to it meeting the terms in our Return Policy, and then place a new order.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside of the UK. We do hope to ship internationally in the future. You can sign up to our mailing list to stay up to date with news on this.
What do I do if an item is faulty?
If you believe a Nude Day item might be faulty please review our Return Policy and then email us at customercare@nudeday.co.uk so that we can assist you.
